Which formats can it read?
HEIC and HEIF from the iPhone, plus JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF and BMP. You can also drop in a ZIP or a whole folder and it will pick out the images.
Which formats can it write?
JPG, PNG, WebP and AVIF. HEIC cannot be written: the HEVC codec behind it is covered by patents and no browser can produce it. AVIF is the royalty-free equivalent and compresses as well or better.
Is there a size or quantity limit?
No limit imposed by us. The ceiling is your own computer memory, since everything is processed locally.
Does it cost anything or need an account?
Neither. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no cap on conversions.
